Romano Revarded was only 15 years old, when Philippine National Hero Jose Rizal was shot at Bagumbayan(Now Luneta Park) on December 30, 1896. He was one who witnessed the Historic event w/c Eventually ignited Him and sow so much harted to the spaniards.
Before His Death on 1952, He was 72, Revarded revealed to His Children, Elizalde, Santiago and Imelda His untold story of slowly killing His Father in Law, named Mauricio, a spanish and was one of the members of the elite spanish squad tasked to fired on Jose Rizal. Romano Rivarded intentionally married Virginia, Daughter of Mauricio, so He could mount His Revenge to the spaniards. In truth, Romano never felt in love to Virginia. The Only thing that drove Him to marrying was anger and harted to the spaniards. On the contrary, Romano Revarded devoted his love to his three siblings more than the love He allocated to his even life.
Romano and Virginia became Sweetheart on 1898 before the Philippine independence against Spain. He went to Madrid, Spain along with Virginia and got married there on 1900.It was on Mauricio's own land where Romano Revarded realized His long time intention of mounting revenge. Capitalizing on Mauricio's Old Age, Romano injected some poisonous substance to His Foods which gradually destroyed His Vigerous and powerful life. Until on February 5, 1919, Romano Finally got what he want, a reality of his revenge, When Mauricio Passed Away.
